Weeding/Moss Removal/Yardwork

I have a side patio that has been neglected. There’s a lot of weeds and moss on the tiles; there’s also a small side yard that needs clearing out, as well as a small garden area that I’d like to get weeded out. I’m guessing it shouldn’t take too long to get totally done. 2-3 hours?
