A small intimate dinner for lovers and collectors of Riesling. For those that yearn for a glass of Keller, Knoll, or Polish Hill. This will be Trelio Wine Club's first collectors' dinner. Collector's Diners have been designed for lovers of a particular wine to meet, eat, and talk about a particular varietal they enjoy. Diners are limited to 10 members and each member must bring a bottle that would be considered a collectable or particularly rare example. Riesling may not be as fashionable as Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc, but it is a varietal that is made in many styles from the dry wines of Alsace and Austria to the sweet wines of Germany all the way back around to the mineral and weight driven wines of Australia. It is not necessary to bring a bottle of Keller G-Max, but a wine of quality to share with your fellow wine lovers is much appreciated.
