East Coast: Bacon and chive grit cake with pimento cheese and a hot pepper jelly drizzle, Pulled pork stuffed jalapeño cheddar cornbread West Coast: Roasted poblano guacamole in tortilla cups, Beer battered San Diego style fish street tacos Dessert will be Chef's Surprise! Cost for this class is $55/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. You will be taking part in some of the preparation / cooking of these dishes if you wish. A full meal will be served at the end of the class.
