East Coast: Bacon and chive grit cake with pimento cheese and a hot pepper jelly drizzle, Pulled pork stuffed jalapeƱo cheddar cornbread
West Coast: Roasted poblano guacamole in tortilla cups, Beer battered San Diego style fish street tacos

Cost for this class is $55/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

What to Expect:
This is a interactive, semi-hands on class. You will be taking part in some of the preparation / cooking of these dishes if you wish. A full meal will be served at the end of the class. Two glasses of wine are served along with other beverages. You will receive 20% off your purchases and will have 30 minutes after the class to do any shopping if you wish.
