Lost orange tabby

My sister brought home an orange tabby, he’s really sweet and likes to play tug of war. We were going to take him in and keep him but my other cat and him just attacked eachother. He’s been skittish and doesn’t really liked to be petter but he’s okay with being held. He seems like a kitten still but he’s real strong. He’s hungry but won’t eat and has only three fleas on his ear that you could just get but he won’t let us touch his ears. Let me know if this sounds like your cat
