Ladies!! It is now time to start the ACT UP behavior for the summer right? This is YOUR beginning to the perfect BODY, and TWERK CONFIDENCE! Ladies!! It is now time to start the ACT UP behavior for the summer right? This is YOUR beginning to the perfect BODY, and TWERK CONFIDENCE! Are you looking to get fit, but tired of the same old work-out routines? We got you covered! The amazingly talented Performing Artist, Song-writer, and Dance Instructor Maryse 'Mysta-Ry' Gaines will be teaching you a little do-wop-pop to incorporate in your daily fitness! Classes are BEGINNER-FRIENDLY, but requires some sass...and that other word. Yes! You guest it right, let's work on that in time for your beautiful summer. What if I don't know how to Twerk? --Confidence is grown from limitless behavior. Let your hair down, and realize the people around you are asking the same question! This is a judgment free zone! Working the body is the main goal. What do I bring/wear to class? --Please wear your most comfortable gym shoes, comfortable (please avoid revealing clothing) gear, knee pads, and a gallon of water (reccomended). --Biker and Booty shorts are acceptable. If shorts are too little, please wear suitable garments under. May I Bring a Friend? --Yes! Friends are welcomed. If you bring a friend, you get a special discount on your ticket purchase. Parking Information? --Parking will be available on the side of the building, where you will meet the front doors to the building's entrance. Check in at front desk. What if I miss my class slot? --You have the option to call Mysta Ry Pro. at (404)-983-0228/simply email [email protected] to change to the next date. You must call 2 hours in advance of the class, if it's an emergency, send an email after you call the team. Refunds are not given if you are beyond 15 minutes late. Check in starts at 5:50PM.
