Under the direction of the General Manager the Duties and Responsibilities shall be, but are not limited to the following: 1. The day-to-day timely production of Selvage Concrete Products. • Check Delivery Board at the start of each day to see what products are needed and assign personnel as required. • The daily set ups and pours of concrete products as required. • Requesting required tanks getting pulled from pads. • Construction of lid mats and cages for tanks. • Quality control of concrete products. • Proper Sealing of tanks. • Assure production Employees meet or exceed set daily productions levels. • Tank Pad areas are clean and free of debris and loose materials. • Tank Risers and Sanitation-Ts are kept available at various sizes and at required levels. • Report problems to the General Manager immediately as needed. 2. Training and evaluating of Production Employees. 3. Direct or indirect supervision of Production employees and their related jobs. 4. Assure all manufactured products are in accordance to company’s expectations and approved specifications. 5. Assist in maintaining production inventory levels and routine supplies as required. 6. Check completed tanks to assure the tanks are correctly finished, sealed correctly, and that tanks appears ready to be delivered to customers. 7. As required hold or attend routine and timely meetings with Production personnel. 8. Assure the safe operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the facilities and equipment at all times. 9. Maintain open and honest communications with employees in an effort to assure the company’s best interest and guidelines are being supported and maintained. 10. Form and maintain a good working relationship with all assigned employees, reporting any problems to the General Manager as soon as they arise. 11. Perform any and all other duties that maybe assigned and or required Medical benefits/Paid time off after probationary period Proficiency in speaking English and Spanish is required
