Dark brown cat sighted

Was riding my bike on the bay trail and came across a cat that didn’t seem scared enough of me to actually be feral, so I thought they may be someone’s lost pet. Unfortunately I couldn’t get them to cross the fence to get a closer look/pictures, but thought I'd post these photos to help out anyone who might be looking for this cat. It’s not visible in the photo, but there is white on the chest and the eyes are a golden color. I saw this cat on the section of the Bay Bridge Trail that leads to the bike/pedestrian bridge to Yerba Buena/Treasure Island. Included a picture of the area.
