Builder/Investor looking for drywall/framing contractor. 1. Need to finish framing inside small 540 sq ft house. Installation 15 pcs wall furry, 7 pcs 1x4 around windows, finish framing 2 closets, 1 short front wall for bathroom, frame around ac duct. 2. Need to hang 65-67 pcs drywall 4x8 on the walls and ceiling with taping and sanding only on joints, screws. Must have all tools. Text me your name and your the best professional quote( I am not homeowner). Your quote must be labor only, no material. I have more jobs. If you know plumbing in the same house I need also to install shower valve, bathtub, bathroom vanity, kitchen sink and faucet, water heater, toilet. Give me separate quote labor only for plumbing also, if you do not know plumbing give me quote for just drywall job.
