A local real estate property management company is looking for techs to do home repairs and improvements. Pay should equate to $25 to $34 per hour to start, depending on experience. Requirements: - At least 2 years recent repairs or renovations experience - At least 5 years repairs and renovations experience - Having the tools necessary to complete repairs - Reliable transportation and modern smart phone - Ability to be reliable and punctual - Not a drug user aside from occasional alcohol (if you drink often to access do not apply) Apply to work with us If you complete the follow the instructions and complete the form as instructed you will get a call back to discuss upcoming projects.
