Need someone with HVAC and basic repair experience

Hi I'm looking for someone with basic HVAC experience. I have a newer unit that is not blowing cold air. Here is what I know: 1. The unit is less than two years old 2. The return filter has not be in for a few months (I can't reach but my son told me he don't think he put it in there). You will need a ladder to reach it 3. The unit was spinning. I have turned it off 4. I'm thinking maybe a clogged line or maybe the filter on the unit needs cleaning. Also, need someone to look at why my freezer has so much moisture, my fan in living room not working, my garbage disposal is not working just to see if it can be fixed (not to fix these things but evaluate). I also need someone who knows how to replace a heating element on a dryer. The dryer works but does not get hot, I was told that it was the heating element was blown, I have since then had the vent vacuumed out.
