This baby is special needs and needs a very doting new mommy with lots of time to give him. “Cowboy” has a chronic health condition that requires daily care. His ideal home is quiet and calm, with no barking dogs or bully cats. His ideal owner works from home or is retired, and has the financial resources to have him seen by a veterinarian when needed. He has a fabulous personality with no bad behaviors. He will sit on your lap all day if you let him. He’s easy to groom, bathe, and travel with.
