Muffler Tips Install & Rear Tail Light Install

I have some Muffler Tips that I want to install on my car. They are angled muffler tips. I am concerned that when you screw them down on my mufflers that it will damage them. I am wondering if we can drill holes into the mufflers and screw them in that way? Happy to discuss...... Also have new rear lights to install. 2016 - Range Rover HSE (High-end vehicle will require someone with skills)
