I am looking for some-one or crew for some upgrades to my home. Interior. 1650 SQ FT (3) bedroom (2) bath Laundry room, kitchen, TV Room (repainted) all Gloss White, cottage cheese cieling Crown molding (polyurethane) the entire house replace, and door frames. (Must know how to measure and cut) Replace 4 doors ( I will have these purchased and delivered by Home Depot.) I will supply all material/ Contractor will supply (Labor, Paint materials (ie)brushes,sprayers, etc) Tools to measure and cut, crown molding and door frames. Please send email, with a list of services you provided, pictures of work you have done similiar in the past, referances. I will contact who ever I chose and at that time I will send photos of my residence in details, so you can provide an estimate. The estimate must be specific to what I am requesting and in writing. This might sound odd. But I will require you send a photo id, of anyone who will be in my home providing service in advance. If you are not prepared to provide this in advance. Please DO NOT respond.
