I need warm water to come out of outside spigot

The water comes out ice cold from outside water hose. I need warmer water so my kids can play in backyard with outside water. Looking for an inexpensive fix. Water heater is on second floor above garage which does not favor the matter. Would love for someone to come out this weekend. Price and experience please. Prefer plumbers. Thanks.
