I am a project manager for a corporation looking to hire a competent Sub-contractor to complete a re-roofing project located in the northern end of Newport. Must be experienced re-roofing properties on the Oregon Coast. By way of legalities, we require a company who is fully licensed, bonded and insured. If your company claims exempt with the Construction Contractors Board, then you must provide proper workers compensation for your workers, leased workers, or employee temp service workers. The project is ready to start, weather pending. Open to all serious bidders.
