I am a project manager for a Corporation who rehabilitates residential properties in all Oregon counties. We have a pending project located in the Myrtle Creek area. You must be experienced in all phases of residential construction. The projected start date is around late June to early July. By way of legalities, we require a company who is fully licensed, bonded and insured. If your company claims exempt with the Construction Contractors Board, then you must provide proper workers compensation for your workers, leased workers, or employee temp service workers. Open to all serious interest.
