Crew wanted to demo cedar rail fence and prepare for new fence

I am looking to hire a crew of 2-4 persons to demo 255ft. of existing cedar rail fence and prepare existing post holes for a new rail fence. The existing fence consists of cedar posts and rails with wire mesh. I am looking to have the existing (rotten posts) and rails removed and the original holes prepared for re-use. The old posts and rails will need to be carried by truck or trailer approximately 400ft. to a burn pile located on my property. The wire mesh will need to be rolled up and taken to my scrap metal pile by truck or trailer located approximately 300ft. from current fence. If interested the crew may take the wire mesh and the rest of my scrap metal pile (approximately 2 truck loads of steel, corrugated iron, pipe, cast iron, etc.). The existing posts are rotten to a point that most posts wobble within the post holes. There are 36 posts to be removed. The original post holes measured 12in. wide by approximately 30 in deep. They were drilled by a commercial drilling rig (Voges Drilling), but most posts should pull out easily since they are rotten and thinner than when installed. The original holes will need to be cleaned out to original width and depth to make ready for the new posts. Cleaning out post holes can be accomplished by either manual post hole digger, 2-man gasoline post hole digger or with a rear PTO auger. A rock drill/auger (BellTech) will not be required. The material used to fill around the posts was the material dug from the holes, less the larger rocks, so digging with manual post hole digger should not be that great of a challenge. Once the holes are prepped, I plan to install the new fence myself, but I will consider using the same team to speed up the project. I can provide some tools including 2 manual post hole diggers, breaker bar, shovels and 2 wheel barrows. We can negotiate the use of these tools when determining compensation. Serious inquiries only.
