Older guitar player, retired and new to area, looking to join established band or start-up, or informal jam group. Could back up a singer/songwriter, including on jazz standards. Not a shredder. I play electric guitar and some slide. I can also pad keys and accordion (keeping it simple). I also play an instrument called a Kala UBass (you can check it out on YouTube). I’ve played the UBass successfully in these types of bands: reggae, blues, salsa, variety, and Americana (singer/songwriter stuff). I like all kinds of music except hard rock. Not a rocker at heart, but I like Bob Dylan, Tom Petty and Neil Young. I would need some time to learn your tunes, be they covers or originals. Willing to consider being a back-up guitar or bass player. I’m fully faxed and would expect you to be too. I am reliable and bring no drama. Thanks for considering me.
