Holes need to be filled and concrete needs to be smooth again, etc. Also vinyl siding needs to be repaired by filling in the holes with caulking or another material or solution that shows well after Homeowner can pay for all supplies & material. Need RELIABLE person. No kids & no bad attitudes. -contractor may have to drive to home depot or lowes to pick up material & meet homeowner @ store to pay or homeowner will reimburse contractor if he they provide receipt or homeowner can provide store card to contractor or homeowner can do pay by phone order (owner prefers NOT to have to go to the store with the contractor) -if you're the guy that likes to take it easy on job sites or take shortcuts, then don't bother replying to this ad; homeowner isn't going to pay twice to get the same job done -owner has more home renovation tasks if contractor performs this task according to plan Owner will pay for all materials and pays attention to detail so the job MUST get done right the first time.
