Need lawn mowing service

I need lawn mowing service for 5 different rental properties. They all have very small yards (less than 12-15 min to mow each). Pay is $25 per lawn. Needs to be complete on an as-needed basis throughout the summer (so approximately every 7-12 days depending on rain/sun/etc). Pay will be completed via Venmo. Must be able to text pictures of completed work after each lawn is done. One of the lawns is shown in the pictures - this is fairly representative of their sizes. Also pictured are each of the locations on a map for convenience. Requirements: Venmo. Ability to text pictures. Your own equipment.
