90’s Kennore Washer needs Repair

Looking for an experienced repair-person familiar with this type of washing machine and issue I’ve caused. Once upon a time I foolishly tried to wash a down comforter in it, but it couldn’t handle it. Lesson learned... The basket now tilts off balance to the left so I have to hold it in place, ensure loads are evenly distributed and depress a button using a pair of chopsticks in order for the spin cycle to engage. Normally a phenomenally efficient machine. Repairman needs to be a fairly clean and organized person who’ll respect my tiny apartment versus throwing things wherever just to do the job. I’ll be present and willing to assist however possible. $150 or... ? You tell me.
