Looking for a motivated hard worker to hire, Assisting the manager to take care of a 5 Acre property on Bellevue ave, part time and long term. Duties include: Ground work, clean up property from sticks and debris, painting, plaster, wood cutting etc. assist the property manger with any projects going on and daily maintenance. Cleaning the cars, windows, outside furniture, Snow removal, -Must have a valid drivers license, clean background record and speak English Resume required. Please make sure you schedule fits into these hours mentioned below before applying: -Part time schedule approximately 25-30 hours a week : Monday to Thursday 3 pm to 6 pm. Two Fridays a month 8 am to 4 pm. Every Saturday 8 am to 4 pm.
