The Warehouse supports Margot Elena Companies & Collections vision & mission statement by assuring effective and correct fulfillment of our customer's orders. Duties and responsibilities: This position reports to the Fulfillment & Compliance Manager. As a member of a vibrant and growing organization, the Warehouse Associate will have a variety of responsibilities and duties which may change and develop over time. *Pack fragile items in a steady continuous manner *Work well with shipping team to complete orders on time *Pick and Pack orders *Assist in warehouse clean up *Assist in warehouse projects when time allows *Prepare shipments for Amazon Qualifications include: *Proven work experience in a fast-paced environment *Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods a plus *Good organizational and time management skills *Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 lbs., bend and stand frequently *Ability to stand in one location and stay task focused for long periods of time *Ability to work independently or in a team environment *Current forklift license is a plus *High School degree required Working conditions: The Warehouse Associate will perform their work at the Easter Location. This location is known as our main shipping and distributing center.
