Calling all Maintenance Technicians!!! A.J. Dwoskin & Associates has an immediate full-time employment opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician at one of our multi-family residential properties located in Northern Virginia! The ideal candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to provide service with a smile. Must be reliable, willing to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation, and be available for snow removal during times of inclement weather. The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of occupied and vacant apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds, and for the completion of service requests and apartment turnarounds. Candidates must be HVAC certified and have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in all maintenance facets of a multi-family apartment environment. Qualifications and Skills: * Specialized training and certification in building trades, and HVAC license * High School diploma or equivalent * Proficiency with all the tools and equipment appropriate to job responsibilities * Must have valid drivers' license and reliable transportation * Ability to lift 50 pounds or more * Good oral communication and customer service skills * Must work "on call" evenings and weekends on a rotating basis, must be able to work overtime as needed A.J.
