Join our team! La Cura / Che Cazzo is a event & catering company in Los Angeles. We do private social parties and production catering for film & tv. This opportunity could lead to full-time role. Seeking an experienced Line Cook needed for our production catering company. Main responsibilities: set up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Understand how to grill, fry, sauté, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Who You Are: efficient, reliable, on-time. Excited about food and cooking. Understanding of different cuisines & flavors. Schedule: June 7th – July 3rd. 3-5 days a week, morning to midday.
