Experienced move-out cleaner needed for apartment community accounts; paid by job depending on size, $45-50-55-60 standard per unit. (One bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, large loft or two story) These are vacant apartments that are being prepared for new tenants. Maintenance inspection, painting, new carpet if needed, has been done and we go in to clean. Dusting blinds and ceiling fans, window cleaning, full kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming. These take an average of 2-3 hours each, less if efficient. Must have your own transportation, basic cleaning supplies. 2-4 units to clean per day is standard, between the hours of 8-5. I do have clubhouse and office cleans every other week at a few communities, that pay $60-100 depending on time and size. They take between 1 1/2 hours to 3 1/2 hours. Most accounts are in the Cary/Holly Springs/Raleigh area; one luxury community in Durham. You do not have to check in and out of my office to begin work, just report to the job sites. I need someone who cares about these units and will make them look good. Someone that can work without me present, after training.
