Looking for a reliable Electrician available for jobs

hi im in the real estate industry and i also manage remodeling projects through a small general contracting company. I have some electrical jobs coming up and am looking for a reliable electrician. Not all jobs will require permits, but the ability to pull permits is important. if you already have a license great! if you dont currently have an active license, thats ok BUT we may need to get you to pass a test at a local municipality to get the proper credentials if the job calls for it. Current jobs looking to fill asap: 1. resolve some punch list items to satisfy repair requests from a inspection ie: install ground wire for circuits that lack one, install a couple new gfci outlets, 2. change panel and rewire 2 unit building ie: run new conduit wire and junction boxes for gut rehab. Prefer electricians that are ok with an hourly or day rate. However we maybe open to bids for the whole job but normally we have the material already and pay for labor separately from materials. Materials are typically paid for by company accounts. labor can be cash or 1099 check. The goal is to get quality work at the most competitive price. Looking for someone to work with regularly. if this type of situation interests you lets talk more.
