looking for reliable licensed plumber who can pull permits if need be

hi im in the real estate industry and i also manage remodeling projects through a small general contracting company. I have some plumbing jobs coming up and am looking for a reliable plumber. Not all jobs will require permits, but the ability to pull permits is important. Current jobs looking to fill asap: 1. resolve some punch list items to satisfy repair requests from an inspection ie: fix leaking p-trap under sink, rod drain, change faucets, etc. 2. rough plumbing for gut rehab, total repipe, replace stack etc. may be do the fixtures when it is time also. Prefer plumbers that are ok with an hourly or day rate. However we maybe open to bids for the whole job but normally we have the material already and pay for labor separately from materials. Materials are typically paid for by company accounts. labor can be cash or 1099 check. The goal is to get quality work at the most competitive price. Looking for someone to work with regularly. if this type of situation interests you lets talk more.
