Friday, 5/28/2021 between 5:45-6:30pm - a white guy in a white sports tanktop, shorts, sunglasses, red curly hair, slender, shaven tried to sell me a dime of sativa weed while I was waiting to cross the street, going so far as to follow me and interrupt my phone call.. I reported him to the authorities, but in case he's not been picked up yet, PLEASE be careful. I saw him hanging with another man and a heavyset lady; the lady was panhandling on the same corner the redhead tried to sell to me. Again, he will not hesitate to follow you. Be safe
