Can You Pour & Finish Concrete?

Need to drill into existing concrete, insert #4 rebar every 16", epoxy, cover plumbing with plastic. Then we call for inspection. Then we pour concrete: 5' x 70' (350 sq ft). 6" deep. Need a good smooth finish. The job is in Northwest Austin. I buy all materials. The pay is $1500 labor only. Can you do the rebar and prep this weekend or Monday morning?
