NOW HIRING part-time maintenance at our beautiful apartment communities in Raleigh! Duties include, but are not limited to: ➣ Grounds maintenance ➣ Pool Care ➣ Light apartment maintenance ➣ Preventative maintenance ➣ Helping to make apartments ready for new residents ➣ Assisting the maintenance supervisor with repair projects as needed The ideal candidate will have a commitment to teamwork and providing excellent customer service to our residents! Some relevant experience is great, but not required! We will train the right person! Some flexibility in scheduling. Must be available during business hours. We are looking for someone to give about 20-30 hours per week. EOE. Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
