Rehabber/Maintenance Tech
Cost Plus Construction is looking for experienced Rehabbers and Maintenance Technicians to help with a large portfolio of vacant homes and apartments on East side of Columbus.
Individual (s) must have experience in good quality construction skills, to include painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, installation of cabinets/vanities and flooring. General maintenance and repairs of existing tenants needs also required.
Must have own tools, transportation and be reliable, honest, good customer service skills and take pride in their work.
Compensation will depend on experience, but $18-$30 will be the pay range with increases and bonuses. Can be 1099 contractor or an employee earning a W-2.
