Don't get stuck behind a desk. MSI TEC is seeking an high energy, motivated and loyal WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE at the Laguna Hills, CA location w/ starting pay of $20/hourly. Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Laguna Hills, CA Job Scope: This person will be responsible for assisting in executing the day‐to‐day warehouse operations including, but not limited to the responsibilities bullet pointed below. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Execute receipt of materials and supplies • Unload delivery trucks, unpack incoming shipments verifying contents and quantities in each shipment against the corresponding packing slip. Complete electronic receipt of goods in our ERP system • Securely package outgoing shipments and process outgoing shipment via our ERP system • Arrange pickup for freight & international shipments and complete the required BOL and required documentation • Properly label all incoming distribution and manufactured products and ensure they are stored in their assigned warehouse location • Pick parts and print labels for production jobs • Deliver to a local customer weekly • Maintain an orderly warehouse, free of debris and clutter, ensuring all products and shelves are properly labeled in accordance with MSI Tec, ISO9001, and OSHA guidelines • Complete special projects as assigned Skills & Qualifications: • Valid and current CA driver’s license • Prefer some years of warehouse experience • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask • Strong sense of time organization and urgency • High motivation level and initiative • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted • Some local travel required • Have computer experience: Office, Email, Excel, general ERP experience • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English without an interpreter, bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus Physical Demand and Work Environment: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb and operate a pallet jack and/or walkie stalker.
