Collaborate Own It Mindful Efficient Thirst for Learning Mitigation Manager Our company is offering a fast paced, high growth potential position as a Mitigation Manager. As a key member of the Superior Restoration mitigation team, the role manages various customer service and mitigation activities. The main responsibility for this position includes, but is not limited to effectively facilitating the functions of proper job management with the mitigation team and restoring structures or properties that suffer water, fire or mold damage. Superior Responsibilities Manage and Lead the Mitigation/Contents areas of the business High value in providing exceptional customer service Recruiting and Hiring new talent Provide leadership and career development to a team of hardworking individuals Ensure your teams are prepared and ready to manage their jobs daily Proactively purse marketing opportunities Point of contact for issue resolution Estimate and Manage Mitigation projects Develop business plans and manage budget on jobs Superior Requirements MUST have at least 5-8 years industry specific experience Experience in running a department of 5-7 million in revenue with the ability to scale upwards with company growth IICRC Water Damage Restoration IICRC Applied Structural Drying ASD IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration OSHA 30 hour Training OSHA 40 hour Hazwoper Driver Safety Certification Large Loss/Commercial Experience Superior Skills Xactimate 28 Google Software DASH/ or Industry specific software knowledge Project Management Able to read and interpret blueprints Superior Benefits We offer a wide range of competitive benefits.
