I was abducted and Dumped in Troutdale

Can you help me find my Service Companion. He is the black and white tuxedo cat in the picture. He has a half a black mustache. He doesn't like people, he's been traumatized by men and you especially just likes men. He's two years old and think he's in heat. He's very vocal. If you see him call me don't try to approach him. If you want to give him food just set it down and back away and he'll come to it eventually. The please call me if I don't answer text me. I don't always hear my phone ring. He was Stolen on May 8th. Then apparently he was taken to the Troutdale Animal Shelter. According to a Janitor the cage my cat was in broke. He said the wooden bottom fell out and he escaped. The Janitor claims he ran towards downtown Troutdale. No attempt was made to notify anyone of this. So I have no Idea how credible the information is.
