POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs a variety of duties in maintaining, repairing, operating and cleaning the center, exterior grounds, and property facilities. Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, lamp changing, wall maintenance and other duties as needed. 2+ years experience as a handyman using hand tools and equipment Must pass a criminal background check Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work weekends Must be able to walk while working Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 12pm-8:30pm (Sunday and Tuesday OFF) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
