Used Car dealership has an immediate opening for car cleaning and lot maintenance help. We prefer someone with no cleaning experience so we can show you the right way to clean. A little mechanical aptitude is required. Primary duties will include deep car cleaning. This includes scrubbing and shampooing dingy carpets and seats, washing and waxing exteriors, and cleaning glass to a bright sparkle. However, if you cannot tell what clean is, I cannot teach you. Some of this very deep cleaning may require interiors to be removed from the vehicle. A little mechanical knowledge is required to understand how to remove seats and consoles. You will also be assisting with body prep, hanging doors and hoods. Other duties will also require driving cars to refuel and running errands, arranging cars for best display, cutting grass, sweeping sidewalks, parking areas, picking up litter, repainting faded sign frames and handrails, and anything to make the property clean and tidy. MUST have Va. drivers license (Must show drivers license at interview). A decent driving record is required and will be checked. No restricted license will be permitted by our insurance company. Cellphone use is allowed but must be kept to a minimum to keep the privilege. No drama allowed. Enthusiasm and self motivation will be rewarded. Those that are slow or lazy will not last long. Pay is from $10 to $12 Hourly Pay based on demonstrated qualifications. 8am-5pm Monday through Fridays, NO SATURDAYS!!
