Beacon Custom Homes, a growing high-end HOME BUILDER seeks full-time PROJECT SUPERINTENDANT. Responsibilities will include: field supervision of trades, scheduling coordination, quality control, job site maintenance, customer walk-thru, warranty, and coordination with other team members. Management of multiple projects required. Candidate must be detail oriented, self-organizing, and systematic in approach. Broad experience (5+ years) with new residential construction, remodeling, and construction practices required. Benefits, paid vacation, and vehicle allowance available.
