We are looking for a Janitor to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks. Person MUST: *Have flexible hours *have great team player abilities *have a positive attitude *Be trainable *Be RELIABLE. *Being bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish) Will be working as part of a cleaning team each shift. The goal is to keep our building in a clean, sanitized and orderly condition. Responsibilities: -Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping -Restroom Attendant cleaning - keeping floors and sinks dry / maintain stalls and frequently touched surfaces sanitized, stock soap and toilet paper -Must be able to carry garbage bags of up to 40lbs -Knowledge troubleshooting a shopvac -Stock and maintain restrooms with supplies -Cooperate with the rest of the staff, take orders from supervisors -Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs -Follow all health and safety regulations -Must wear a mask during entire duration of shift Skills: -Proven working experience as a janitor, work references must be listed on resume -Knowledge of maintenance equipment and machinery -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies -Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets -Integrity and ability to work independently -High school degree Full time and Part time positions available.
