Know how to rock it and deliver powerful articulate bass lines. Bring a good set of ears for carving out parts. We need an accomplished musician so indie alternative intermediate players don't do it for us. Background vocals and harmonizing would be really helpful, although it won't be needed on every song. But when we do need it we want to do 3-4 part harmony and have it sound really good behind our Female lead vocalist.
