Business Partner Wanted

This is a straight up post about my search for a "like minded" business partner that shares in the same interests for starting a business together. While I am very flexible on the type of business, my initial interest is a unique food business. In other words, I would like for the business to be the next Chick-fil-A of a different type of food. I'm not interested in a large scale and expensive restaurant, but rather starting out very small with a "whole in the wall" type of food business that has a specialized focus on making; let's say kick as burgers like no one else. The business can be located in a very small location (super low rent), or the food can be prepared in a commercial kitchen and we can focus on 100% delivery service. I have experience in the food business (excellent cook), but I am also a seasoned marketing professional and I can leverage these skill sets to be wildly successful. I want to be the thing that everyone's talking about and gets online reviews like no other. I'm not looking to be just another pizza or burger joint (there's tons of those), but rather a food business that becomes the next town rave and viral on social media like Tik Tok, etc. My long term vision is to expand from the smaller business into multi markets and longer term potential franchising. If interested, give a shout and let's see if we have synergies to take it to the next step and perhaps a 50/50 partnership. I have capital to invest and would like the same from potential partner.
