Magazine List of Fastest Growing Companies. Patricia founded two retail publications, and developed a training and accreditation program for specialty leasing professionals. She also launched SPREE, the world’s largest specialty retail conference, and a conference dedicated to selling sponsorship and advertising. In addition, Patricia has served as spokesperson for premier platforms such as American Express’s Small Business Saturday and continues to be recognized as the leading authority in the specialty retail industry, and appears in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. In 2014, she sold her business to the International Council of Shopping Centers prior to co-founding Blue Butterfly LLC, a strategic consultancy for the retail real estate industry. When she’s not busy providing strategic consulting for companies, Patricia is passionate about mentoring up-and-comers and giving back to the community, which includes co-teaching MBA classes. She’s also a fitness enthusiast and enjoys running and biking.
