Description
A local, vacation rental company seeking to fill a position for part-time maintenance tech. In need of an individual that can work independently to problem solve and also show a talent for time management and self-motivation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing general maintenance checklists
- Repairs on interior rental properties
- Maintaining appearance of rental properties (reporting broken, scratched, stained items)
- Assisting with replacements/renovations
- Assisting with team needs
Experience with maintenance preferred. Our company provides a company work van with tools. Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
The workplace is upscale condominium buildings and a few beach homes. Must be professional in appearance and manner.
Hours vary depending on need but mostly range from 9am-4pm. Weekends required.
