Bi-Lingual is a PLUS! Looking to grow into a supervisor position. Team player. Experience is essential, must have a reliable vehicle preferably a truck, your own tools, and must be responsible. Needs to be able to work with little supervision. Time Management skills, responsible. Experience in DRYWALL REPAIR AND INSTALLATION STUCCO REPAIR, CONCRETE REPAIR, Painting, and WATERPROOFING. Exterior carpentry work may be included such items as repairs to soffit and fascia. Must know how to operate Boom Machine (EN BAMBA)/ Scaffold, and Swing Stage Experience.
