Maintenance/Janitorial worker needed for multi-association property management company. Ideal candidate will be a motivated, self starter capable of handling jobs both under direction and unsupervised and have experience with all forms of maintenance and cleaning standards including but not limited to, repairs, servicing, light maintenance work, painting, drywall and pressure cleaning. Daily duties will encompass any or all of above and be assigned by maintenance supervisor. Must have valid clean drivers license, clean background and willing to submit to drug test. Pay rate commensurate with experience and paid hourly based on demand and assignments. Travel required to various communities in and around Palm Beach via both personal and/or employer vehicle. Uniform shirts supplied by employer.
