Workforce Group is looking for field Canvassers/community outreach workers. Job Description: Walks neighborhoods and knocks on doors to communicate direction to residents providing public health information about the COVID-19 Vaccine availability and points of access. Distributes public health materials. Provides feedback regarding community outreach efforts and challenges and conveys concerns of the community back to the community partners to enhance future outreach efforts. Must have a positive attitude and general desire to help people. Experience with outreach or public communication is preferred. Must be dependable and self-motivated and have the ability to work with and communicate with a diverse team of personalities. Bilingual is preferred. Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's license and Auto insurance. Must be able to lawfully work in the United States. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to walk in excess of 1 mile per day Must be able to reach, stoop, bend over and lift up to 10 lbs. Schedule may vary including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
