Maintenance Position- PART TIME Live in Your RV in Florida Lower Keys Position Available at Breezy Pines RV Estates, a 98-lot RV park in Big Pine Key. The position is for a maintenance associate to perform basic upkeep on community facilities. Compensation: Lot rental and utilities including basic cable and Wifi. Parking will be provided for a maintenance trailer and/or use of tool shed. Opportunities exist to earn extra income through side work for lot owners and residents. Skills: Basic repair, janitorial, yard work, and security skills are required along with ability to interact positively with residents. Must have basic tools. Supplies and some tools provided. Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience are necessary along with three work-related references. Must have a standard RV or motor home in good condition, under 40 ft. in length to fit on lot. No pop-up or truck campers or conversion vehicles. The park has a four person/two-pet limit per lot. Responsibilities: Cleaning community buildings including bathrooms, tending a swimming pool (training provided), yard work including some lawn mowing, basic maintenance work, general security monitoring, and miscellaneous tasks as required for facility up-keep. Schedule: 25 hours per week on a regular, set schedule (Wednesday-Sunday) to include daily, morning and evening park walk-through security check. Interview and background check required.
