She ran out of Riggs Veterinary on 23 about 5pm 5/28. She is a small black/brown dog about 10#. Her name is Penny. She's wearing a pink collar but doesn't have a chip or tag. She did get hit by a car and took off again so she is likely injured. Please contact me if you have any info. Thank you.
