BBQ Stuffed Lobsters
Learn the art of making Long Island Style BBQ stuffed whole lobsters! The perfect summer time cooking class! Did we mention you can learn how to make and then eat this delicious meal all while enjoying the sites and sounds of Wrigley field, during a Cubs home game?!
In this one of a kind, hands-on cooking class, each person will get their own 1.25-1.5 lb lobster. Our Chef Instructor will explain the difference between the good, delicious row and the row that needs to be discarded in order to stuff the bellies with a simple breadcrumb and herb stuffing. Grill your lobsters on open-air BBQ's with an exciting view overlooking Wrigley Field. You will then enjoy your stuffed lobster with corn on the cob and homemade coleslaw, graciously provided by your instructor.
Class is scheduled to align with the Cubs' Home Games to make this class even more unforgettable. With your new BBQ skills you'll be ready for a summer's worth of entertaining (and feeding) all your friends and family.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask, especially if you’re part of a large group. You will be seated within your group and socially distanced from the other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. BYOB is welcome (beer, wine, or champagne only).
