In this class, we will explore the benefits of mindfulness through basic yoga movement, practice breathing techniques, and learn how meditation and journaling can help. All participants will receive the book The Mindfulness Journal for Teens: Prompts and Practices to Help You Stay Cool, Calm, and Present by Jennie Marie Battistin, MA, LMFT.
